About

I started doing jewelry, as a hobby, I took an intro to soldering class as “something to do” and realized I had found something I never knew was lost. From the moment I lit that torch I knew my life was forever changed. I did it. What takes people lifetimes to find, I was lucky enough to stumble upon. I found what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

I learned the basics, and after getting comfortable enough with my silversmithing, I started setting stones. As my love and curiosity for stones grew so did my desire for knowledge. I started to learn lapidary (the art of stone cutting) to understand how to fashion gemstones, and the degree of care each stone requires in order to maximize their natural beauty. I obtained my Gemology degree at the Gemological Institute of America, where I learned about how the crystal structure and formation all contribute to their unique physical and optical properties. To this day I continue to learn, and expand my creative consciousness.

Jewelry provides us with a physical symbol, that changes the way we feel when we wear it. I strive to create jewelry with intention and purpose. All stones are chosen for quality, beauty, and uniqueness ensuring no two pieces are alike, as no two stones are alike. Each piece is conceived and crafted around the beauty of the stone.
